My husband and I are Chinese. We came to Bayramoglu in September 2021, looking for a place to rent for a year. We visited almost all the real estate agents in Bayramoglu. Some were less helpful and motivated to help. After a few days’ searching and viewing, we finally walked into Cenk’s office and he helped us find what we needed. Looking from outside, Cenk’s office is not impressive or noticeable. However, Cenk has proved himself to be exceptionally helpful, approachable, hardworking and trustworthy. We would rank him as the best emlak (real estate agent) in Bayramoglu. We don’t speak Turkish and most of the people don’t speak English. Sometimes it took us a few days just to get one small matter done. When we didn’t know how to go about something, Cenk was always ready to give advice and even practical help. For example, he brought us to the moneychanger who offered the best exchange rate. He drove us to the bank to open a bank account. He took us to the water and electricity department to change the name of the account holder of the rented house. He took us to the insurance company to buy medical insurance. He helped us to get our WIFI installed at home. All these are not his responsibility as an agent. He has walked an extra mile. We are friends now.
